We can arrange for you to view a property without obligation or cost. We ask for certain details when booking a viewing in … these enable us to match you up with potential properties as not all owners / landlords have the same criteria. Some owners/landlords will accept tenants on housing benefit, with pets / smokers … its just a case of asking and providing us with some information so we can check for you.

After viewing a property you may decide you wish to place an application … this means securing the property with a deposit and your paper work.
Our handy list below runs through what we would require. Don’t worry we put a copy of this check list in with the application form.

We can email or post you an application form or you can download one from this website.
You can save any PDF’s on your computer or in iBooks (or similar) on your tablet or phone.

To rent a property we require you to place a deposit to hold the property which is your agreement fee
Plus one months rent and a bond of the same,

We ask for the following paper work to complete any application.

Completed application form
Photographic Identification (passport or photo driving licence)
2/3 months recent bank statements
Landlords references
Employment references
Payslips
Proof of benefits
